TomoFlow — Privacy Policy

TomoFlow (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a productivity and focus timer application developed by Kevin Eduardo Damken Guerrero. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and store data.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
A. Information You Provide
Optional Account Data (Cloud Sync)
If you choose to create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Password (stored securely and encrypted by Supabase; we never see or store your plaintext password)
Creating an account is optional. The app works without it.
Task & Productivity Data
When using the app, we collect:
- Task names and categories
- Pomodoro session logs (start/stop times)
- Planned time vs. actual time
- Analytics and performance insights
- Timer preferences and app settings
This data is used to power your analytics, graphs, task history, and productivity insights.
B. Automatically Collected Data
Device & App Usage
We may collect:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Interaction with app features
- Crash logs (if provided by platform analytics)
Advertising Data (AdMob)
If you use the free version, AdMob may collect:
- Device identifiers
- IP address
- Rough location (non-GPS)
- Ad interaction metrics
- Cookies or similar tracking technologies

Subscription Information
When you purchase TomoFlow Pro, RevenueCat provides us with:
- Subscription status
- Product purchased (monthly or annual)
- Renewal dates
- Trial status
- Platform (Apple / Google)
We do not receive your credit card or payment details.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Save and sync your tasks across devices (if account is created)
- Display your productivity analytics
- Improve app performance and reliability
- Personalize user experience
- Process subscription status (RevenueCat)
- Serve ads (AdMob)
- Send notifications for timers, reminders, and breaks
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following providers:

Used for account creation, secure authentication, and cloud sync. -
RevenueCat
Used to process subscriptions and verify purchase status. -
Google AdMob
Used to show ads in the free version. -
Expo / Expo Push Notifications
Used to send local and push notifications.
None of these services give us access to your password or payment details.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Supabase encrypts:
- Passwords
- Sensitive authentication data
We apply industry-standard security measures, but no method is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request correction
- Request deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Request account deletion
- Request cloud data deletion

6. Children’s Privacy
TomoFlow is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
