TomoFlow — Terms of Use (Terms & Conditions)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TomoFlow mobile application (“the App”), provided by Kevin Eduardo Damken Guerrero (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
TomoFlow is a productivity tool that provides:
- Pomodoro timers
- Task management
- Productivity analytics
- Optional cloud sync
- Optional subscription upgrades
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and only needed for cloud sync. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Accept that account deletion requires emailing support (until an in-app option is added)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing (TomoFlow Pro)
TomoFlow offers premium features via a recurring subscription managed by Apple or Google.
Available Plans
- Monthly: $3.99
- Annual: $19.99 (includes 7-day free trial)
Subscription Rules
- Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You may cancel anytime in your App Store / Play Store account
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by TomoFlow
- If you cancel during a billing period, you retain access until the end of that period
- Free trial converts automatically to an annual subscription unless canceled before it ends
We do not store or process your payment information. RevenueCat securely manages subscription verification.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your:
- Tasks
- Notes
- Analytics
- Productivity data
We retain ownership of:
- App design
- Branding
- UI/UX
- Algorithms
- Features
- Trademarks
- Codebase
You cannot copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the app
- Abuse or overload servers
- Interfere with service availability
- Use the app to store harmful or illegal content
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse or attempt to damage the App
- We discontinue the service
You may request account deletion anytime via support email.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted service
- 100% precise analytics
- That the service will meet your expectations
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Your sole remedy is to stop using the App
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, specifically Tamaulipas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
